check in at lounge

Platinum FF travelling tomorrow SYD > ADL. The app / web site won't let me check in online. Since I just have carry one, anyone know if checking in at the business lounge is an option? In terms of the premium security lanes off to the side of the terminal, is it sufficient to flash my platinum membership card since I won't have checked in at that point in time? (I can't remember them checking anything last time I used that security lane)

There isn’t a service desk inside the lounge anymore. Any idea why you can’t check in online ?
Is the flight ticketed ?
Ask at Service desk at check-in.

Thanks - will look for machine / premium service desk in the check in area then. No idea why I can't check in - I booked over the phone as I needed to split up an old voucher and use a portion for this.

Check your emails and see if you received an e-ticket itinerary and receipt.
If this is a simple point to point domestic and you can’t check in online in most instances it’s because the booking isn’t ticketed.
Call them tonight to check.

Yep that was it- thanks for the tip. On hold with them now getting it all sorted. Thank goodness for their premium support phone line.
 
According to the lady on the phone I owe you one @Princess Fiona - she was glad it got sorted tonight. There were two flight vouchers in different currencies (long long story) and the guy I spoke to the other day thought they would combine for a single return but they didn't, hence lack of ticketing. The solution is to have two different tickets. I am now checked in.

The solution is to have two different tickets. I am now checked in.
Oh I’m so glad you got it sorted. This happened to me many years ago and I never forgot it!!!
