Like many, my overseas trip won't be happening for the European summer. Unable to get an answer from my RM or insurance directly, i'm reaching out to other members.

I have both flights and accomodation, which at this stage are not offering full refunds, and I don't see value in flight / accomodation credit when airlines are collapsing etc. So want to cash my chips and get a refund. Or as it stands a partial refund including a cancellation fee. Some of the accomodation was charged to the Centurion card and some direct payment.

Has anyone gone through the similar scenario and successfully claimed back the cancellation fee? If so, were there any issues with payments not made using the card, but part of the same trip?
