Centurion Lounge SYD - worth paying for additional guest?

Travelling from SYD in a group of four next week and I'm the only person with access to the lounge, so I can bring in two guests and myself (on the platinum card). Does anyone know what the charge would be for the fourth person, if I were willing to pay it?

I don't know what the cost is, but I've found that lounge to be quite underwhelming. Basically because of the inconsistency of staff quality. Some were OK, but some were downright dismissive/hopeless (IMO).

I guess that if it's your only option then go for it, but I won't be going back there in a hurry if I have another choice available.

Note that this is only an issue for me if I'm flying LCC such as Scoot, which doesn't happen very often. Otherwise OneWorld and Star Alliance look after me quite nicely.

I think service (and food) has been fine when I've been in there, but maybe I've just had a good run.

And yes, unfortunately haven't been able to work up status elsewhere, so this is all I've got, for now.

But, in case anyone's ever wondering: the cost is (currently) $55 for each guest after your complimentary ones with the Platinum card, so I think we'll probably give it a pass.

You can try the Plaza Premium lounge. Take two guests using your plat card plus use your Priority Pass and bring another guest.

Oh hmm, that's a thought. I didn't realise that platinum card gave us two guests, but looking at the fine print it does.
