Can you only have 1 bonus promotion in the same transaction?

Last week I activated 2 emails, both for Big W. One was for bonus 200 points if I spent $30 or more on baby stuff, and the other was for double points for spends over $30 (6-12 Feb).

I happily went shopping and spent $210, about $160 on nappies plus a other things to pad up the value.

I just had a look at my account. Not sure if this link will work but it shows:

The double bonus has not appeared in the account. I know I activated the offer, in fact I activated it again in the car park before I went in, "just in case".

Do you think the double points will come into my account eventually or should I chase this up with EverydayRewards? Can I only get 1 bonus promotion per transaction?
 
The bonuses usually come a week after they finish. I have had one shop trigger multiple bonuses.

I think a number of us have had the good fortune to piggy back offers, but the frustrating thing is why can't both sets of points show up at the same time?? :(

I have had miltiple bonus points post for 1 transaction but it does not happen very often.
 
Always good when you combine multiple offers in one purchases. Sometimes you can also get the added bonus of a big fuel discount on top.
 
Ah rallygirl, so this is from where you got your experience, in order to advise me in the EDR thread. Now that makes sense. Hope my experience is the same as yours
 
Yes this is the one. As you probably realise, the different bonus points are credited at different times, but you will get them. If not then a phone call should solve that. I now keep all my emails until the points come through, just in case.

Likewise, I keep all the emails, register for all and delete at the end of the week those I did not use. I then load the used ones into my speadsheet so I can track the bonus points.
