Just arrived back at the Hilton and ready for a BIG sleep in time for a BIG lunch.

Dinner and company superb :!:
 
All checked into my hotel now. Upgraded to a suite and given exec lounge access :)

I'm pretty buggered though so I might skip any continuing festivities tonight and save myself for tomorrow.

Air NZ was fantastic. CSM greeting as a valued DJ Platinum, given express card for AKL (not that I needed it) and I loved being able to order extra drinks through the IFE. Will definitely be flying them again!

Yeah...we made up the delayed time as well with the tail wind....I got nothing on Air NZ as DJ Plat, but with the time made up, managed to get to the JSH to join the AFF gang for a great steak, and Creme brûlée...despite arriving at Hilton AKL at 10 pm :). Great to meet old and new faces! Now for the main event tomorrow...

Had to smile last night. Just heading up after my tasty butter chicken & a sweet young thing dashed into the lift as the door was closing. Phone pressed to her ear she asks her friend " have you ever heard of the Queensland Reds??? Is that some type of wine? I didn't think they had anything good up there..."

I did suggest to bring your own furniture. ;)

Anyone thinking of breakfast(lite) at 10am, I think breakfast dining lasts until 11am at the Hilton.
