Booking ref dropped off account

I love the changes to the Qantas website and app but just now realised a travel credit / booking I had previously is no longer showing. Hence I forgot about it and I don't have the time to fly it in the next week so it will expire. I'm just glad it was economy.

I have suggested they need to bring this to IT's attention otherwise other peoples booking ref/credits will expire. I have no idea when it 'fell off' my account. Bummed as I have booked other Qantas flights and would have remembered to use it if the booking ref showed up to remind me like it has in the past.

Anyone else noticed this? Or am I the only lucky one?:(
 
Not a credit but a OW partner flight. Until the latest change my BA flight from LHR - MAD and DBV -LGW (booked direct with BA but with a QFF number provided) were showing in "my Bookings" now they are not. Not a major issue but it did have me checking BA site direct to make sure my booking is still there.
 
As for the redesign, hate it

I have 8 bookings with over 20 flights, each flight being shown individually.

It is a painfull slow and time consuming effort to scroll to my later bookings.

Thanks for the replies.

I’ll need to keep a closer eye on credits. Hoping to avoid them.

App seems to show them as trips but only 2 per page so with 8 you’ll still be scrolling.

I think I used to be annoyed at only seeing first flight of trip but now I can see all flights. :) Win some lose some?
Although app said some maintenance was planned May 2 so will see what that brings:eek:.

Current banner on QF site makes me anxious:

+1 (but with next flight, after first flight has been taken) and would also like to see partner bookings returned, even if in a different section.
