Just looked on my bookings list on the QF website and and an upcoming booking with CX flights (no flights sold as QF) has disappeared. Instead there is a message "For oneworld® alliance airline bookings that don't include a Qantas marketed flight number, check with the partner airline for your flight details."

Pity, this rather reduces the utility of the QF site. My CX booking sill appears on RJ and QR websites.

Leaves me wondering what you'll see where there is a QF PNR on part of a booking that isn't the main PNR. Previously I saw two booking records.

Cheers Skip

Wonder what happens for classic awards booked on non-qf coded OW carriers but ticket issued by QF.
And just to confirm what happens when you type in the booking reference to manage my booking does it come up then?

Damn it, this was my "go to" method for finding the BA PNRs for AA booked itineraries.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

The app is probably still displaying them, at least until a future update anyway. I have bookings with all BA flights, under my QF FF, that remain in my iPhone app.

Qantas do seem to want to endear themselves to their customers.

Do they think this will stop us from booking with other airlines?

I'm not sure whoever designs/plans the website is capable of thinking. They sure don't test it.
I can't think of the last time there was a change to the website that actually gave a material improvement in the core purpose of the site - finding, booking and managing flights.

I have an upcoming classic reward redemption where outbound flights are with BA (BA not QF flight numbers) and return flights are with Qantas (QF flight numbers) and these are still visible in "My Bookings". However the two paid uk/european flights i booked direct with BA no longer are.

Its a pain, as always been able to see my partner bookings in the past.

Obviously it wont, because the whole point of Qantas being a member of OW is to give its FFs options on routes it doesnt fly.

Notice Red Planet Research never seeks feedback about their own site.

I've gotten surveys about website changes before, but they weren't through Red Planet and came from Qantas Customer Advisory Panel.

Had a slightly different issue today had to spend a total of 4 hours on the phone to the QFF support lines because an award flight from ATH-DOH-ADL which had been accessible last week suddenly disappeared without a trace. I know it was there last week because I'd logged in to confirm the seat allocations for my spouse. Seems that for some reason, even though Qatar had allocated seats they hadn't issued the tickets through QFF and then just dropped the booking. So now scrambling to get full refund and restoration of points for the changes by QFF. I'll book the tickets on *Alliance now.
