Couple of queries that have me baffled, hoping the AFF folks can clarify please;
I have 4x QF "credits" totaling ~1300 - the call centre claims they can only apply 3 credits to a new booking, they also claim they'll deduct 4x change fees @ $99/ea when applied to a new booking + $60 telephone fee. So $1300 credit reduces by $450 for QF fees?
The one that has really got me at the moment, i want to use the credit for a quick trip to Hawaii (MEL)..I can see direct flights on JQ1 when looking at award bookings but for the life of me i can't actually buy Jetstar direct from Melbourne (i've selected multiple dates), they keep wanting to route me via Sydney (still on JQ).
Anyone else had this issue? I'd book direct but I want to use this credit before it expires.
