Has anyone worked out where would be the bassinet seat when flying with an infant? Obviously, the baby couldn't tell me which one she prefers. Using adult thinking, the ones right at the front would be nice and quiet (while ignoring all the WPs moaning), but the "noisy" part at the back is filled with white noise. The back is also usually (with the exception of the 744s) closer to the galley/toilets.

I’ve always used the ones at the front and thought they were very good. I forgot to ask the baby for their opinion though.

My daughter decided from the beginning she hates bassinets. So we try to allocate the bassinet at the front so mum and dad can feel a little better.

I remember one Qantas flight she spent most of the flight sleeping in my arms. The few EK flights we've had ex-BNE have not been full and daughter has slept really well across the seat and we do the seat belt around her. 2 weeks ago she slept entire BNE-SIN flight.

Coming back on QF24 next month with front row bassinet again. Not sure what the loads are like. That will likely be the last economy bassinet flight as we're in business class next trip.
