I saw this thread a while ago and promptly forgot about it, till I got my latest statement on Friday. For a moment I was a bit puzzled by the "Points Adjusted" entry. Then I remembered! I checked last month's statement and saw the 0.5 p/$ error. Funny that they adjusted it this month without any explanation.

Just wondering now how such an error could occur. Would it be a side-effect to some other legitimate change?

My missing Qf points from my last statement have now appeared:)

Yes lots of points arrived into our two accounts to make up for last months error.

On the BWW my daughter has a supp card. She needs to make a hotel payment and have that receipt in her name to claim from the employer. Any ideas on how to achieve that please?

She will get the printed receipt and the print cc receipt. Can her employer also ask for 'her' cc statement?

Hotels will generally receipt in the name of the person on the booking. So, if the booking is in her name, the hotel tax invoice should be as well.

Yes, but she seems to be overly cautious that the employer may want to see her name on the cc receipt somehow. BWW can't help, but I'd take it higher if anyone has any suggestions to get BWW to have her name on a statement or something.
