ATO (tax office) payments by credit card

Thanks Cove I was looking at diners with the attached Master Card, as the world card. I have a vague recollection that the Macquarie card is not great with the points and how you can utilise them

A reminder for everyone to do their last ANZ transactions in the next few days before they pack it in.

Yes, cut off is 26th.

Yes Pushka you would earn a full on zero points from ANZ Black for ATO processed after Feb 26th. I have stopped just in case there is a processing delay but I feel sure someone will try to do a payment at 11.55 pm on 26 th Feb.
Basically you will be gifting ANZ the processing fees after 26th Feb.

Disclosure: Cove is an ANZ shareholder so if you love getting zero points on ATO credit card payments then you could consider using ANZ Black after Feb 26th. ANZ would love you for a micro second or more.

I think put simply if you make a payment tomorrow and you don't get the points, you may want to fight it, but you're on thin ice.

Ok if I were doing a payment thru ANZ Black I would use Government Easy Pay and get the receipt printed or emailed to you for proof. Next I would do it very early on 26th to enhance my chances of it working for you.
