Aquire 10k bonus at Storage King

I wasn't sure whether or not to start a new thread, but decided on not and keeping this discussion here, however now there seems to be a 20k bonus for signing up to a storage space at Storage King under the Aquire program?

The link says "UP TO 20,000 points" and nothing in the T&C's explains anything clearly. I called Aquire and they say it's a Storage King issue - ring them.

I rang Storage King and they say it's only 10k points. On the Storage King website, it does actually only say 10k.

So question is, what is it? Qantas can't give me a clear answer and Storage King say it is only 10k. Anyone here with any possible answers?

...It's pathetic, I am still waiting.

For those of us who actually run businesses and create value in the economy the last thing we want to do is be stuck chasing QANTAS for points that we are entitled to, but they can't credit to our accounts.

I signed up to 3 separate storage locker contracts at 3 different stores in Canberra on 10/5/2015. On all the contracts I provided my matching ABN to my aquire account, and paid the contracts for the minimum 30 days (paid up to 9/6/2015). I was surprised that after 6 months the 10,000 bonus points from each of these contracts were yet to post on my aquire account. I called the Aquire support line, they requested I email them ([email protected]) with the query and provide the accompanying documentation for the signed contracts/invoices proving my Storage King purchases. I sent the email 6/11/2015 and have been called back today (12/11/2015) only to have them tell me its not their problem and I need to take it up with Storage King.
