Anyone received online mall points lately?

Gone onto 10 weeks for a purchase without any points posting. Received the confirmation on the day.

Anyone similar recently?
 
My last two purchases, 1 has landed but the other hasn't yet.

The e-mail confirmation has changed from 30 days to 4-8 weeks, however saying that I do believe others are having issues with points landing.
 
Same! I bought almost every thing from DJ. I stop recept point since March. It is more than 8 weeks now.

I usually click&collect, and I throw invoice.. Damn... spend around $5000 on DJ. Still wait for my 25000 Qantas points. I hate u, Qantas.

I made a purchase from Apple through the Mall on 24 March.
I got the QFF confirmation email that the points were tracking on 25 March.
The points finally hit my account on 13 June, 11.5 weeks after purchase.
I hadn’t done any follow-up activity, the points arrived of their own accord (although I was getting close to sending an email inquiry...)

I used the Online Mall on 21/06/18 ... No confirmation e-mail etc. so I take it these points will be lost. Woolworths $40 online purchase; not too many points but this will put me off purchasing from the online store moving forward.

It can take a couple of days to receive the confirmation email.
 
I bought from DJs via Online Mall on 25/5. Goods received the following week but the payment sat as 'pending' on my CC until 19/6. No email re the points but given the payment delay perhaps it will still arrive.

Another purchase from 11/5 I did receive the confirmation email from Online Mall. 8 wks are up but given There'sOnlyOneJimmy's data point, I'll give it a bit longer.
 
I'm afraid I've found QF so hit and miss about points via Qantas Mall I rarely bother these days.
It's not helped by the QF staff manning the FF Email Address being obviously overworked and pretty indifferent to small points claims (they just don't respond regularly).
 
This weekend I got a bucket load of points from Kogan that I'd been waiting on for about 6 weeks. After that I checked my Business Rewards account to see if DIY point transfers were back, which they were. (it'd been call centre assist since the big web update).

Hopefully that's a sign that things are returning to normal. Good luck all.
 
Does anyone know if points will credit if you shop through the mall on Apple and then select the interest free payment option with say goMastercard ?

I can not see anything in the T&C’s that would prohibit this.

But I’m dubious as this isn’t clear cut and well it’s Qantas...
 
Got the blah blah cookies, give us your whole order response.

I would have assumed that given i received the confirmation of the purchase back through the online store, that was a given.

Contacted DJ's..said not their problem contact Qantas FF
Contacted Qantas FF, got a prompt reply..."had I activated cookies.." what a stupid question when I had already told them that I had other points from EBay & Kogan post and all booked the same. Once I replied over a week ago I have heard nothing.
not giving up there is 2,000 points at stake.
