Anyone received online mall points lately?

Kogan - purchased 10/9 points credited 26/10

...but annoyingly only at 1pt per $... I have a screenshot of the offer saying 2pts per $ will this suffice in going to QF with?

I just got my QFF points from Kogan. Lo and behold.... I also was only given 1 point to $1.
Frankly, I'm done with Kogan. The torrent of emails is bad enough and if they keep dicking around with QFF points getting things from there isn't worth my time. To be frank, almost everything I purchased has ended up being tossed to the back of a cupboard quite quickly anyway.

I had another transaction with Kogan that I am still waiting for points from. To really grind salt into the wound, the item has failed before the points have been deposited.

Update: After over 6 months and several emails, but most importantly calls, QFF have credited my account as a 'goodwill gesture.'

It's not goodwill, it's what I am entitled to.

Ive been following up some points for woolworhts shopping ive done.
Each time i purchase with gift cards. Which voids qff points as of oct 18 if i recall.

The silly thing is, 1/3 are still getting credited 1/3 not, 1/3 are tracking as zero points and approved.

I am annoyed at their replies.

First reply was oh we dont know why but youre not entitled to them
Second: you must have refunded the purchase
Third: we contacted the shop, they have confirmed your trans, but youre not entitled to points

Surely this is another BS excuse, when you go online to order and your account is linked to edr card, you still get qff points right?
