Well that is the quickest drop from gold to bronze. Should have looked at the hotel first. CP on that weekend starts at $SA700 for a refundable rate. Apparently a big music concert on the sixth of March.
So any one who hasn’t a booking should check ASAP.

Secondly, to secure the space there is a minimum spend ($2250) and a maximum number of guests. We are limited to about 20. I will keep the first couple of posts updated with the numbers so you should be able to see if there are spots available. @blackcat20 and I are still working out if we are going to ask for a deposit.

At this stage there are about 15 so far who have indicated gold or platinum. If you are gold consider yourselves on the confirmed list for now. So if you are coming please upgrade to Platinum when you can.

From this post onwards (#45) only those who indicate "platinum" will be added to the confirmed list (numbers permitting).

Sorry to sound a bit officious, but we are just trying to make sure it is fair for those who have already indicated they are coming, before we set the limit.
