Time to start planning that March long weekend (for some of us) in NZ!

At this stage @blackcat20 and I have yet to settle on a restaurant so that will 'to be advised'. But rest assured it will be somewhere with a good wine list.

As with all the annual NZ dinners, the dress code is smart casual. If you are going to go to the effort of coming along, you might as well dress up a bit, right?

@blackcat20 and I have settled on a dinner location.

27 Steps.

A couple of twists to the arrangements. Firstly it will be a set menu. They have a few options so happy for attendees' opinions. We seem to think that the $95 menu would be about right. https://static1.squarespace.com/sta...ee5eb/1782187196920/2026+WINTER+SET+MENUS.pdf

Secondly, to secure the space there is a minimum spend ($2250) and a maximum number of guests. We are limited to about 20. I will keep post #3 updated with the numbers so you should be able to see if there are still spots available. @blackcat20 and I are still working out if we are going to ask for a deposit.

Those who indicated gold before we set a limit can be considered on the confirmed list for now, so you have time to 'upgrade'.

From post #45 onwards only those who indicate "platinum" will be added to the confirmed list (numbers permitting).

Sorry to sound a bit officious, but we are just trying to make sure it is fair for those who have already indicated they are coming, before we set the limit.
