With Amex transferring to Amex Australia from 1/9/04 - will this have any bearing on FF points to be transferred? The schedule of changes refers to non-frequent traveller reward and I don't really understand the other mumbo jumbo.

Cheers

Hi,

From what I understand, there will be no change to those wishing to convert Membership Rewards points into QFF points.

Please corect me if I'm wrong.

Sambo.

Hope it does not affect the transfer rate to Starwood which is where all mine go and have always gone .. near a million of them.

Where is this published about the Amex change - do you have a link?

For some reason, in Western Australia, the card relationship and agreement is remaining with American Express International, although the correspondence will be sent by American Express Australia on behalf of American Express International.
