Amex Promotions/Bonus Points - Constant Problems

Only my transactions for 20-22 Septmeber (being only $55 at Coles, $15 at 7-11 Petrol Station) did not post correctly. So I am short 110 and 15 points respectively. From 23 September all the points have posted correctly so its back to normal.

That said I'm in receipt of 7,500 bonus points which I am not suppose to so my net gain is 7,375 MR points.

My transactions or 19-22 September don't have the bonus. Everything afterwards is fine. I've contacted them twice and they're working on it.

17 and 19 Sept for me.

I would state that technically the 3 points per $ at supermarkets are all base points, IMO.
