I'm in Melbourne CBD and since the Amex app updated to the new UI a couple months back, I've been unable to select recently transacted merchants to add into my list of Top 10 merchants. When I click edit places, it shows the following error "Online services unable to complete your request. Please contact Customer Service." When I click on the map, I can see a few merchants, but they are all the same 10 or so merchants no matter how I zoom into the North, South, East, West part of the CBD. Last time in the old App, it will show a few more merchants and will show the recently transacted places to add into the Top 10 list. Has anyone had similar experience or any way to fix this?
