Already tried to chase up these points once, they never got back to me in the time frame provided

Annual fee is due in June/July I have chased up points twice, so will save the ammunition until then.

I have not yet received my 10,000 bonus points for changing to NIB after some 22years with Medibank private. It is on my to do list for tomorow.

I am up to two phone calls and 4 weeks+ of waiting now if memory serves me correctly

I was promised a call back 3 weeks ago and 2 weeks ago and still no call or points!

Just rang up then, chasing my 10,000 points for joining NIB - it has been escalated to marketing but that took 10 minutes and the girl on the line tried to convince me it was only valid for Qantas Amex cards (I had just changed from Ultimate Amex to Platinum Edge) - I explained she was incorrect and I have been given a case number.

Since then I have done screen shots of the offer on NIB website and the T&C's that show it is available for all Amex as well as having specific T&C's for Qantas Amex cards

I am still waiting my bonus points..I have copied the original marketing flyer and letter from NIB confriming my joining the fund before 31 Dec 2010 and have posted in the snail mail to Amex today.

My 10K Health insurance bonus points have finally posted after a ¾ Hour 'phone call last week. This time I was given a "tracking number" rather than being promised a "call back".
