"compact" mode now live (enable from the top-right drop down menu).
Occupies around half of the vertical space as the default.
More iterations needed, but ok for a first cut.

Ha, I have real issues with it. But I also have issues with the light mode, which my wife swears by, so what the hell would I know.

I've got a bug report for the widget on Android. It's showing events in strict chronological order, rather than the order they appear in the app.
So, for example, if your hotel check in time is before your flight to the destination the app correctly has the flight first then the hotel. But the widget will show the hotel first then the flight since check in opens prior to the flight.

Great work on the compact view as well. I have a big phone (S25 Ultra) so I'm still using the standard view, but my mate on his smaller screen S24 loves it.

So I’m now using TW live on a trip with a reasonably complex itinerary ( air, train and land). it’s working very well and certainly easy to use and customise compared to TripIt.

I use the full version, but check the compact version each night for a couple of days ahead to make sure there’s nothing major. I’m not anticipating.

Forwarded a walking tour later this month to Tripit and Tripwaffle...Tripit had a dummy spit as below but Tripwaffle filed it in exactly the right spot!

Caveat: dependent upon tripwaffle determining both gates involved, which typically occurs 30 min to 3h before the plane reaches the gate (we'll send a push notification on touchdown with the info)

Nice app thanks. New feature request: aircraft type alongside the airline and seat info. Seat info is always type dependent, so would be useful. Thanks.

We got you: Settings > Display will allow you to toggle on 'Aircraft type'

Would could be useful is if you put in your airline status and access via Priority Pass etc, you were given the list of lounges available that you can access. Additional helpful info would be lounge ratings and proximity to arrival/departure gates.

Hi @tripwaffle - loving the app and the effort you and your team are puting into it.

I have about 200 entries in FlightRadar24 from many years ago, where I knew the dates of travel, departure and arrivals points, and the airline, but not the flight numbers - from my old paper diaries and other sources. Is it possible to format an email in some way, so when I send it to robot, it gets imported with that more trucated data set?
