ALL Accor+ Explorer Membership Discussion

Sadly this email address is now replied to by an AI.
Which did not understand the question.
Does anyone have a phone number for Accor ALL support?
If it's regarding your Accor+ Explorer paid membership, their number is 1300 363 637.
The Accor ALL is the free loyalty membership. I don't believe it's them you want to speak to re your particular stay plus issue.

Yes thank you I was using the terms loosely!

Not really.
Yeah, it is.

Well, when I lived there it was, and there was no ACT self government. I had an ACT DL!
As far as I understand, the link with the ACT is purely historical.
Under the Act you quoted pretty much all ACT Laws apply to JB.
There was even an agreement to excise a rail corridor from NSW to construct a rail line between the two.
But this never came to fruition and I don't think there are any surviving links between them.
It is under the direct control of the Commonwealth Government, not the ACT Government.
It is administered by the Commonwealth Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts (since 2022).
Correct, the “Canberra Council” doesn’t have authority over JB. That was probably a conscious decision to excise that out of “self government”.

Apologies for the OT comments!

My Accor Explorer Plus membership anniversary date is 31 August 2026, and it was renewed to 31 August 2027 courtesy Amex Platinum on 15 August. Two stay plus certificates were credited that day, plus the usual +30 nights.

Today I went to buy the mid level Accor China 2.0 card on WeChat (cost around AUD252), no issues. It gives +20 nights, as well as a free night certificate for a stay in China/HK/Macau (only), and various other vouchers.

The +20 night STILL stacks with the +30 to give +50, and together with my existing stays, have reached the platinum requirement of 60. The system processed that within a minutes, and granted the associated 2 suite night upgrades.

I'm currently Platinum but will only have 30 nights by the end of 2026. From what I can see, my best strategy is to wait for a a Black Friday deal to join at a discount and if that doesn't happen then join sometime in December to get the 30 nights and renew Platinum for 2027?
