ALL Accor+ Explorer Membership Discussion

How confusing. The staff don't seem to understand this at all at the various places I go.
If you make your bookings on the ALL App or website, which will ensure you get your benefits, you should never have to show your gold card as your details and status are on the booking. The only card you normally need to show is the black explorer card when dining.

I experienced some staff confusion when the program first started, but found that it has abated since, so you should be right.

Speaking of which, can we get a plastic one? I detest handing over my phone to show the card number.

Agree. Once I gave up my ph, he needed help inputting something and before I realised what he was doing, he went into another room with my ph.
Ended up yelling at him to bring my ph back.
Edit... asked, with rapidly increasing volume

Yes correct, $50 dining credit for both. I think it's a unique link to everyone though. I had it sent in an email
Well dear friends, I contact ACCOR by email and I received a response from an Accor agent in India who offered me the opportunity to refer a friend IN INDIA and receive a $50 dining voucher. So, I called the Australian contact customer care line and was told that the offer was INVITATION ONLY and that it was not available to anyone who did not have the email and link. I discussed that maybe I had deleted the email if it was some time ago but my friend had just asked me to refer her - the response was oh well, it is not available and we can not check account by account. I asked for the criteria for choosing who was invited and who was not to receive this link - we sent it to people who are frequent referrers - if you had referred many people, you would have got the link. Did not seem very interested in helping at all. But offered that if I referred 3 people and they all joined up, I would get a reward of some kind. Don't really feel very valued at this moment........

Got an email today about "Final Reminder: Up to 25% Off" being a reminder to book at 25% off for some properties - at the bottom it had a referral link for the $50 dining voucher. So perhaps check emails from ALL AccorPlus Explorer [email protected]
