No, sorry. In fact, we still have more people on the waitlist than we can actually host at the venue, unfortunately.

Keep an eye out though for early-bird discounts at future events.

For anyone interested, this is the lunch menu for the MasterClass. It will be served as a private buffet in the hotel's restaurant:

• Wombok salad with coriander lime dressing (GF, DF, V)
• Mesclun with French dressing (GF, DF, V)
• Butter chicken curry (GF, DF)
• Roasted chat potato with rosemary and garlic (GF, DF, V)
• Slow-roasted beef rump with gravy (GF)
• Steam broccoli with almonds
• Rice pilaf (GF, DF, V)
• Chef-selection dessert
• Sliced seasonal fruit
• Freshly brewed coffee and tea

We have passed on all dietary requirements advised to us in the MasterClass registration form to the hotel.
