It will qualify for the normal points/status however I was referring to the 2,500 bonus point promo. If it does I would get €50 back in points which is equivalent to ~$80 AUD
 
Booked Mantra Jolimont on a RHR for $79 at end of May. Fingers crossed it qualifies, otherwise if not I'll just treat it as a mattress run

Yes I understand. But it’s the non-flexible deal requirement that does not suit me. One need to cancel and those points become very expensive indeed.
It is relative.

Generally if I needed to cancel such a booking, there'd be more for me to worry about than the cost of the booking, let alone €50.
