I have been looking out for an Accor Private sale for Australia. They use to have a few of these each year, but I haven't seen one for the last 12 months. They just seem to have only limited hotel sales e.g. red hot rooms

They’ve been missing since Covid. The LoyaltyLobby blog used to mention Accor Private Sale offers somewhere around the world every other week but nothing since ~2020.

Perhaps this Asia offer is a good sign that they’re starting to come back.

I just did searched Australia and random stretches of dates. Sorted it by lowest to highest. Mostly Ibis' which are that cheap.

Just my observation that this Members Private Sale (non-refundable) is sometimes more expensive than usual Stay Longer and Save (non-refundable) option.

I am noticing that as well. There are two destinations I still need to book for later this year (Brisbane and Adelaide) and the prices are quite high now with the "sale" than they were a week ago when I last checked.

It is and I believe you are right, but the only other way I know of is targeted bookings where you get a nice surprise and they don't really lend themselves to being easily found

Ummm… just checked my ALL account, I got 1000 points ‘silver earn’. This credited early jan. My last stay was September last year, so it couldn’t be linked to that.

Any ideas? Not complaining, just no idea how/why I got some bonus points!
