Accor app playing up 13/10/25?

Anyone else seeing the app playing up?

Searching a hotel, it might display 3 x 'classic room with double bed' and 3 x 'classic room with twin beds' but no other categories. The web site shows the normal spread of rooms. Multiple hotels in Europe, App off and on again, no change.

Yep, bein doing it for about a week and I’ve passed on feedback. They will get around to fixing it one day

Only a couple of days for me. Probably a new feature that wasn’t thought thru / implemented correctly…?

I’ll must try and force an update*when it comes out….

*on iPhone, you’ll see a number of app updates “pushed” out ready to update. But swiping down will “pull” down all available.
 
I think I last used the app successfully only a few days ago.
Fortunately the app discount has finished(?) but I believe you still earn bonus points v website!

If you ignore the duplicate room entries and click thru, it still seems to show the various rates for that room category.

I'm booking flex rates for my trip to France next year, so subject to re-booking on price/offer. A number of the properties I'm looking at are 'fully booked' but allowing Plat bookings so I thought I should get them done.

Is that more than 12mths out?
 
yes getting doubled up rooms, room types missing on app. Also seem to have some hotels show 'member rate' pricing and some with the 'all accor+ Explorer' badge. Does anyone else see a mix of this? the ones with the 'member rate' next to them aren't any cheaper than a classic member rate... (this happens on web too)
 
Was still borked earlier, now seems to be fixed - which is good, as the web tended to kick me out of my account at the booking stage.

App and web agree on pricing (for the 1 example I checked).
