Anyone else still waiting? I called up about it this morning. Told is was a system issue or something. 3-5 business days. Hopefully comes with a small number of additional points for my inconvenience given it’s past the timeframe they mentioned.

Well nothing resolved with no call back so called again this morning and was basically given the same load of garbage as before re: system issues. Not sure why the points couldn’t just be manually credited.

Anyway, just received a call back this afternoon to advise the points were now in my account. So I suppose that finally is a positive.

So how long does it take AMEX to post the bonus 5,000 points?
I've got the Velocity Platinum card.

My 5k has finally posted. Will now use the myer offer on the weekend, then bin the supp.

got an offer yesterday via email. worth calling them anyway if you didn’t get one, as previous offers have been on my account, but no email.

“Add an Additional Card Member by 31 March 2020 and you’ll receive 5,000Bonus Points when they spend $500 on their new card by 30 April 2020”
