50% more status credits - offer valid for bookings made in next 7 days

I have used an existing gift voucher to make a booking with a double SC offer in the past. I successfully argued and won. The voucher creation date means nothing. The flight booking date was during the promotion period and they can see that.

Was it very hard basket to get the argument over the line with customer service?

No. One phone call did it. She spoke with her supervisor and they both agreed the booking of flights fell within the promotion period.

- Flights booked during 50%SC offer (6 flights on one booking)
- One flight on a booking cancelled (by Qantas) on the day of travel
- Qantas send a new e-ticket (after the booking had been flown)
- Requested SCs as per original booking
- No extra SCs as per original booking
- No 50% SCs for the booking.

I have other completed bookings for the same offer - all with extra SCs.
I've never had an e-ticket sent to me after a trip which had been changed by Qantas.

I suspect that the new e-ticket has changed the booking date outside of the promo range?

I think you are correct - the new ticket has not triggered the application of the extra SCs.

You can call the FF centre and have them rectify that.

Nice. That's an excellent offer with a great range of travel dates. I'm hoping that I will get one of these offers next year or that there will be another DSC promo for everyone.

I have the exact same offer but all flights booked to mid-April already. For reference, SG with only 20 SCs, membership anniversary Sep 30. Are gift vouchers purchased now returning the bonus, I wonder?

I got the offer also. This is perfect for me as I've not made any bookings for 2017. Very handy for next years re-qualification.

I just got it this morning, a couple of months after my Double SC offer finished (that I had utilised).

Book any Qantas domestic flight with a QF flight number[SUP]*[/SUP] between 9 and 15 December 2016 for travel between 11 January and 30 June 2017

Only got a SYD trip left this year so that won't meet the dates. January trip (16-20) already booked with VA to MEL, so I might not be able to make use of this one unless I confirm a PER trip for February.

Seems to be more low status members, with no forward bookings, with the hope to get them travelling and the carrot is 50% bonus SC's to assist them climb status.

I have received the 50% Status Credit offer email this morning as well.
I am NB, 210 SC with an anniversary approaching on Jan 31, 2017 (and delaying anymore QF flights until Feb, as was recently declined a status challenge, no harm in asking though.)
I have some forward bookings made previously, and have been flying quite bit in the last few months.
I did call QFF call centre to ask if there happened to be an email coming for Bee-Jnr and was advised that it was a random targeting, which is a bit of a shame, as I'd have booked her onto some more of the flights that I'll be taking in the next few months if she was to receive the offer too.

Have a wonderful DSC offer booked last May? coming up in 2 weeks: Adl - Sin in J. This one will be a bonus for flight I need to book next week but SG already in the can in December. WP partner did not receive it. He's not yet requal but will do so on the same trip above.
