50% Bonus QFF points offer for travel until 15 July 2016

I just got this a couple of hours ago.



Anyone else? I'm about to book a trip within those dates but my travel buddy hasn't received the email yet. Targeted, perhaps?

Also, after registering, the landing page says this:

"To take advantage of this limited time offer^, simply book a new eligible Qantas flight (with a QF flight number on your ticket) and complete your travel by the date specified in the email. Don't forget to include your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number in your booking."

Had a look in the T&Cs but still can't figure out what exactly 'complete your travel' means. Do you have to complete the whole booking? Or would I be eligible for the promo if we've only completed one leg of a return trip?

I could do with an offer as I need to book some flights for a work trip next week but as I am a bronze and have a bit of personal travel already booked that will take me off bronze for the first time I think I'm unlikely to get one.

My 50% bonus QFF points (from the latest 2016 50% bonus points offer) are in, I had booked in discJ, but the points they gave are on basic discJ points, no status bonus for being an QF SG, and no extra QF SC.
Flown on the 21 Apr, got the points today, fast!
Flight was booked in the period required, and the time to fly within, as required.
Nice balance now, but bonus SC would have been nice.
