Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I am trying to book some awards on this "sale" now, I understand it finishes at 23:59 AEST tonight.

I was looking last night, found my flights, and quoted all OK. But now it is not applying the 25% discount at all.

Anyone else having the same problem. Qantas IT fail again.

Yep, having same issue. and >1hr wait on phone.
Considering whether to just book and hope for points refund later...

Yes website is stuffed.

I was going to book something for my sister but cannot login to QFF or get the 25% discount applied...what a shambles.

At least AJ is scoring record profit!

I only spent about 10 mins on hold (called Singapore number ... which went to South Africa) and the agent confirmed they were having problems. It took her ten minutes to also confirm that she could not see availability on the EK flight I was after, but I definitely saw availablity online.

Never mind I looked at commercial fare and can get for $620 on return basis, so not worthy wasting 21k points and $160 on a one way flight. Just have to firm up my return date.

I booked 3 x BNE-SYD returns (one is SYD-OOL) for daughter with call centre last night about 8:00pm. These flights coincide with revenue bookings for me.

The total cost was 36,000 QFF points + ~$235 in surcharges. The cost of my airfares was ~$900 so not a bad return on points?

I had a 40 minute wait but the agent was very helpful. MEL-DXB-SEZ-DXB-SIN-MEl in January for 94,500 points and $617 in taxes. Very very glad I called.
