Thanks for that intel. I didnt realise it was starting 1 hour later than usual. Any reason? The new US managements attempt to improve US audiences?

The new US management wanted to push races later in the day to maximise audience (primarily geared at European audience, not US). In most of SE Asia the race is still on at a reasonable time for viewing. Aust/NZ is now hopeless.

I saw a report today that Miami is looking to have a F1 race from next year.

Likely to have a morning local start time.

2019 or 2020, seems to be a certain starter if the money shows up.

Azerbaijan on the other hand may not live out next year.

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

A classic race for the F1 "nerds" (I include myself in this) rather than the lay-viewer - outwardly a lack of "action" but lots of tension with the issues with RICs car, tyre issues for VET and HAM, and the "better" tyre option to make it interesting if RAI and BOT could have closed up more.

Seeing RIC take the win after that, worth staying up for.

Not sure if the SS was better - was just that the guys on US were stuck behind RIC

HAM closed up quickly for example.
Also BOT seems to struggle more at the end than the drivers on US.

Just shows that track position is absolutely key at Monaco

And clean pit stops!

Decent race - good to see the field getting a bit more mixed up these days. VET back on top of the table.

Was a procession apart from RBs good working at the pitstop and the crash first lap.
Shouldn't have .bothered getting up early

Just watching qualy now, let's see what France brings - the home of Grand Prix. The track looks interesting, with the blue lines to slow them down if they go off and the red lines to stop them completely. Interesting to see if it works.
