have anyone here used this offer to book a future stay after 30/6 with prepaid rate and received the cashback this year or previous yesr

Looking at Hilton Queenstown prepaid rate for stay in August 18 do they charge your card right away or when you check out

A similar offer for me back in January - I booked a prepaid sale rate for the Adelaide Hilton for this coming October which was charged a few days later; combined with another paid nght at the time was enough to generate the rebate.

Those AMEX offers normally work on the date of the spend.

I’m using it in June on a refundable booking. Actually, I cancelled an existing reservation and rebooked a higher category room to go over the $400 spend but will still work out a lot cheaper!

No problem to use the offer for future stay. You will get the cashback few days after your card is charged.

When you book online the hotel will process the card payment manually shortly before the check in date. Just call the hotel and ask them to process the transaction.
