20,000 Woolworths rewards points for a Woolworths Home & Contents Insurance policy

The terms given to me clearly state 45 days:

'Offer applies to new policies only before 11:59pm 28 February 2019 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. To receive the offer you must be a Woolworths Rewards member (excludes Tasmanian residents) and enter your Woolworths Rewards card number plus the promo code WOW20K at time of purchasing the policy. Woolworths Rewards bonus points will be loaded within 45 days of the first premium being paid in full. Points will not be backdated. Redemption of Woolworths Rewards is subject to the Woolworths Rewards Terms and Conditions available at woolworthsrewards.com.au'
Yes, the content insurance was 45 day but pet is 30.

Edit: I emailed the pet insurance. 45 days is not up for content insurance for me.

Apologies- just saw you had a separate thread for the pet insurance. Thought we were discussing both in this thread due to earlier comments about pet insurance. I’ll hop on over to the correct thread. :)
 
I'm at day 39. I know the points shouldn't have been awarded yet, but given the problems with the pet insurance bonus points I wanted to be ready to be on top of this potential problem. So anyone seen an email address to contact them via?
 
Well I got points posted on Friday but not sure if they were for Home or Pet. I was one of those with multiple Pet policies who refused to sign stat dec and managed to cancel and get refund for all but one policy before the 21 days cutoff. Today I called to check exactly where the points came from and no one at Home or Pet could say for sure it’s theirs. So confusing!

I highly doubt it's for house insurance unless you are past 45 days already.

I’m not past 45 days so maybe it’s for pet but when spoke to supervisor about that stat dec he said very clearly no points will be awarded without signing it and today the home insurance supervisor said he thinks the points are from them (because it’s past 30 days and eligible) but not 100% sure, hense the confusion.

I’ll wait past the 45 days before canceling to see what happens. If that stat dec turns out to be bark only I’m going to feel bad about canceling all my other policies...

Reports in the pet thread make it apparent that the stat dec was a furphy.
 
Just checked my account and have 40k woolies points posted. I also checked the insurance I subscribed and reckoned it's for the house insurances as I only took up 1 pet ins and 2 x house ins. Wonder where my pet bonus points has gone to?
 
My points for the home insurance policy has arrived and I have sent a cancellation email so I don't get charged another monthly premium....I paid 2 premiums.

The one mentioned upthread....no reply as yet but as I'm OS currently so difficult to call them without costing $.
 
45 days now up for these policies. No points awarded. Emails sent demanding points be awarded.

Obviously I've only contacted them because the 45 days had already expired.

Looks like I'll just be cut and pasting the same emails sent re the pet policies.
