No points on my end yet either. I have also set myself a reminder to check. Had to wait something like 90 days after a flight once before I could make a claim because the T&Cs said you had to...

Have you contacted IG to ensure your QF account linked correctly?

They told me mine hadn’t and apparently they manually fixed the issue.

Mind you, it hasn’t seemed to make a difference!

This is the wording I will use when calling, but may wait till the 8 week mark so I don't end up making two phone calls.

I rang them yesterday to see if i they could confirm i had satisfied the criteria. He looked at my file and said yes. He said he checked with the team responsible for allocating the points and they said the points are generally allocated within a month. He said wait another 2 weeks and if nothing call again. He said the Christmas/ New Year break could impact the timeliness of the points be allocated.

Must say I'm going sour on using their service as well.

Received 0 points for making several trades with them around 4 weeks ago.

They've failed to respond to emails about this but have responded to emails I've sent them about other things.

Anyone else having trouble depositing with PayPal? Definitely have plenty of funds on my AMEX but when I go to pay it repeatedly goes back to the deposit screen with no successful deposit. No failure message either. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

I had this problem when using my AMEX. It was because my AMEX account was in credit.

I had this problem when using my AMEX. It was because my AMEX account was in credit.

That could be it possibly. My available credit does not indicate the account is in credit however the “current balance” figure does probably due to the lag in processing transactions etc. Might give it a few days for all the transactions to clear and for the figures to match.

Could be the browser?

I also had some issues depositing a few weekend ago. It was because my amex account had a positive balance. After calling them, I was able to deposit.

I contacted IG first and they said the problem lies with Paypal. So I then contacted Paypal and they said the problem lies with AMEX... so the root cause was AMEX. so I could have resolved it by calling AMEX directly if I knew what was happening.

I would call them now rather than wait. They seem to have advised quite a few people that their application failed to link to their QFF account. Once they've corrected that, you've then got to wait for the points. It seems to be a multi stage process.
