It seems strange to me that Hyatt has no footprint in Australia's third largest area. There is and has been a whole lot of luxury hotel development in Brisbane in particular and I would have thought Hyatt may be on that list (or maybe hoped :p). Do you think Hyatt will ever have a property in SEQ?
