The other day I took the morning flight from DRW to PER in J and was guested into the qantas lounge by a friend and noticed a few people that I later seen on the DJ flight... My boarding pass mentioned lounge access, are DJ using the QF lounge?

Earlier this year I was travelling home to KGI from DRW via PER. The DRW to PER flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight KGI. Qantas arranged a hotel for the night and provided me with transport. I thought nothing of it as this has happened before, only this time they had booked...

I have not seen them if they do patrol the area, however I usually see police officers walk through and stop for a drink of water.

My favorites would be Crowne Plazza, Mantra (was there last week and had a great room and view) Holiday Inn Esplanade then Holiday Inn. Outside noises never bother me as I have lived in Kalgoorlie for the last 15 years and you get accustomed to the sounds..

I grew up in a small town just out of Penguin called Sulphur Creek. I now live in Kalgoorlie and have been here for around 15 years. I miss Tassie and do try to get there every few years.. But like kalboy and others have said, there are limited opportunitys there... Cheers.

The one we had in KGI a few years back was only a 5.2 and we lost a few buildings. They were late 1800 earlie 1900 hundreds buildings though. I hope all is well, we still have after shocks in KGI so I'm hoping you do not suffer this for a long period.
