I'm kind-of amazed how long it takes for him to speak - similar videos often have people calling out when they realise disaster is happening, or at the immediate impact. This video his swearing comes quite some time later.

That would be my guess based on the shocking footage. Possibly a contributing factor would be a use of high climb rates out of military bases in war zones.Load shift?
It does look a very steep ascent but that may be the angle. I'm no expert so I won't make any further comment.
Cargo broke free and pitched the nose up, it was not an issue of climb angle/AOA, but one of tonnes of the cargo load shifting to the rear of the acft (where it would go due to the climb-out) being the most likely primary contributor to the accident.
