You only need to dimension it for winter as that is the period where your electricity use is highest (assuming you don't have gas heating) What's your array and inverter size? And is your inverter grid tied?

If Bronze, how were you able to book a bassinet seat many months away as they are usually blocked off because they are bulkhead seats. As far as I know bassinet seats can be requested but not booked.

Usually when a product or service is below par, the reasonable course of action is to give the provider an opportunity to correct the issue.

@ eric2011, If your flight is delayed, inform the Cabin crew manager before landing, they will organise a golf cart to take you to T2. They will probably do it anyway if inbound flight is delayed.
