Does anyone have an email address for Lesley Grant of Qantas? I have recieved some disgusting customer service from the FF contact center. I have contacted the Facbook page 3 times now and was promised a call and still have not had a satisfactory resolution. I would be happy for any infomation I could get!

If QF intended for her email address to be available then it would be listed on their web site so I think you will need to accept that you will not get it. That said, you have come to the right place (AFF) if you need help with a customer care issue as Red Roo is extremely good at following up on individual cases (I speak from personal experience) so please do take them up on their offer of help.
 
Try this, but not sure if it will work, always funny how managers don't like their details to get out, people might actually contact them (of course plenty of weird questions as well, but just need to deal with them one at a time)

Re contact details, even Red Roo is to me a nameless person or persons having sent me a PM but with no name or contact details. If a company is serious about quality and customer service then it gives access to everyone and the time taken to deal with the aerosexuals asking about is VH-xyz on a route is just part of that flicked off to an assistant somewhere.

I'm tired of Lesley sending stuff but never gives a way to actually contact direct if I have an issue, it seems to be the arrogance of I'm too important to have customers contacting me.

Many companies are like it, not just QF.

PS, the company I work for actually puts the real email address of our MD at the bottom of magazine ads, he wants to know himself that things are followed through even if 10 duds = 1 positive

Can you imagine if Red Roo, (the one person or the many people on here with that handle) had a name/names/face/faces.
Just look at the flak AJ (we all know who I mean) gets each time he does his annual AGM speech.
Not to mention being rediculed as the Leprechaun.

The problem with putting email addresses on the Internet on forums is then being spammed relentlessly by auto trolls.

Lesley is very happy to give people her business card when attending the AFF lunches.

FWIW: When "Velocity Frequent Flyer" PMed me, there was a name attached. Might have been made up, but made the communication much more personable.
