Tom, time to pull the cat out of the fire. F I N D A R. E. S. T. A. U. R. A. N. T. N O W - otherwise Valentines Day might be a fizzer :eek:
 
I think this Restaurants Program is great! They new iPhone, Android and Windows Phone apps for this though... booking on your computer can sometimes be a pain and the program will get more use if there were mobile apps!
 
I have booked for 6 people for lunch at a local resturant, I will see how it pans out
 
Reservation for 1 with a special offer worked very well the other day. Now I have to wait for points but happy with the experience so far. Without the system I wouldn't have chosen the venue.

I am still yet to receive any points, dined on 1st Jan and 14th Jan at 2 different places. Has been or will have been 8 weeks very soon.
If this is how it is every time then I probably won't bother using it in the future!

Yep agreed

Issue for me is that quite a few restaurants have both a on-line booking system and the good old hand written diary!

They hand write down the reservations from the on-line system and then just highlight when you arrive to know the table is taken

I have little faith that they will then go back and let the online system (QF) know that you actually turned up

200 points is worth $8 approx, so it's worth chasing up but having to scan receipts is a pain
 
For those (like me) that are still waiting for QF points for January dining, I spoke to QFF on the phone and they advised there has been a delay in the 'file' and hopefully this week they will be credited.

A bit poor considering its now over their "within 8 weeks clause".

Anyhow I shall wait a bit longer and see, in the meantime no more QFF dining for me till I am sure it works.
 
Also waiting on a 700 pointer from the 3rd of Jan (past due), and a 500 pointer from 9th Jan (due in 3 days)... Starting to lose hope, but no more difficult to book via QF than direct with Dimmi, I guess - so loss is limited to satisfaction only.
 
I'm waiting on 200 points, but that's only from 3 weeks ago, so not concerned... yet.

Dimmi/Qantas sends you an email if you're a no-show so if you didn't get one of those I'd assume you were noted as arriving in the Dimmi system.

My points for 2 dining bookings from start and mid Jan have posted this morning! :)
 
So have mine - I had one dine back in early December, one in February and one on Saturday. I doubt it's the last one posting.

Not sure when they relate to as the dates are wrong

Oh well :)

Happy to continue using this program now!
