Air France Paris - Barcelona on a RTW?

Hi Guys,

Ive just decided to book another flight on my OW Explorer trip that I've booked on points - Paris - Barcelona - I was just about to book it in when I realised its Air France and should be available in my existing itinerary? (which is business class and I was only going to book economy).

I can't seem to bring it up on the qantas website though when searching - is this route not valid as a partner award or in the OWE points itineraries does anyone know?

Air France is not a oneworld partner, nor is it an eligible carrier for your Award oneworld Explorer trip.

However you may have a break in your OW itinerary and purchase this sector as a separate ticket.

For some reason I thought AF was, and even a quick google reinforced my thought - I'm just silly.
