IHG and SKS Group have inked a new deal to bring a 103-room hotel to Perth’s CBD.
The latest signing of Holiday Inn Express Perth City Centre on St Georges Terrace further strengthens IHG’s Perth portfolio and expands the hotel group’s partnership with SKS Group.
The deal follows an earlier signing between the pair for the 170-room Holiday Inn Express coughburn, slated to open this December. Together, the two developments represent 273 rooms across two Perth locations. The pair’s relationship also extends to Malaysia, where SKS Group owns Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre.
