Within 9 months (just ensuring walking at least 2 x 18 holes each month) I had Dropped to 92 both Kg and waist.

Of course 15 years later it's getting harder ...

Here's a post in the same area as the parenting story I posted yesterday but a totally different point of view. This one's more of a "I want my kid to try stuff & if they screw up, they might learn something" rather than "My kid screwed up, society must pay" that I posted yesterday.
