I didn't have anyone to tell really because my housemates are boring but I'm super excited! After 30 hours flying from JFK-ISA, my balance is sitting at exactly 1400 SCs for the year!

*runs around in circles with excitement*:lol::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::lol::lol:

And I just realised I have enough points to book my HKG-SYD business sector for next year. Today just keeps winning!

Well done daturtle, and like myself recently wait until you visit the 1st lounges QF in SYD & especially CX in HKG, just wonderful.

Happy Friday! Hope you get to enjoy the additional benefits soon. :)

Welcome to the club. :) Now, I'm sure you realise that it is an achievement to attain WP, but it is a commitment to retain it. Of course it is slightly easier now you only need 1200 SCs to requalify.

Enjoy the F lounge and domestic J lounges.

I was pretty excited about getting WP thinking that it would make it easier to get FF seats on international flights. I was in for a big disappointment.

Congratulations on Platinum.

Getting WP is impressive, but hitting the sweet spot bang on 1400, that's precision! Was it planned that way?
In 2007 I managed 1400 SCs on 29 May, 2 days before end of membership year.

I'd like to say it was planned but just compete luck.

If we got a J lounge or at Isa airport I'd be able to start enjoying the benefits asap Red Roo!

Made WP with a week to go earlier this year. Since then enjoyed FLounges in Sydney, Melbourne, Dubai and London - certainly makes transit something to look forward to!

Congrats,

Do a Flounge run before they make us suffer in the J lounge
