Before the new website went up my points posted within a few days for AA and CX.  2-3 days for AA without fail.
Now it's over 10 days for my AA flights and for the last 2 days I get an error message if I try a retro claim "We are unable to action your request at this time. Try again later."
with a message to contact the frequent flyer centre. Bit of a problem as I'm in London. Got a few First and Business flights to credit.
