How long for WP pack

Finally went WP on 21st June, how long does it normally take for the new card package to arrive?.

About a fortnight seems to be the norm. Is it showing on your statement? If so you should be able to access the benfits by showing a print out and then the lounge angel can look it up if required.

Yes been showing since 21st, not traveling just yet though.

My ADL-MEL in J on 9th June took me across the line for SG and the package didn't arrive until yesterday.
That's 3 weeks exactly.
