There's no difference except that Club Jetstar appears in my toolbox. I'm still seeing the ads too.

I guess I have to give it some more time then... Still no references to Club Jetstar in my toolbox.

I joined exactly 7 days ago but I don’t have that in my toolbox yet let alone the $30 voucher. They did say the voucher may take 14 days so I guess they’re still processing my membership.

Mine appeared (as per the pic), within 30secs of payment going through - which also was instant.

16 days for me and still no voucher. The call centre's excuse was that it is 14 business days. I'll wait 2 more days and see what new excuse they come up with.

Do you have any reference to it on your account's page? I'm on 15 days and still nothing, not even a mention on the my account page. Rang JQ up and they didn't even have a clue what it was...

There is no reference on my account page. All I have is a "Welcome to Club Jetstar" email which I received on the day I joined. Good to know its not just me though.

Same here, only reference I got was the welcome email... Did you buy your membership at the same time as a flight? That might be the issue as that's what I did. (At least there was no problem with the flights apart from the fact the itinerary came slower than usual)

There should be an invoice with own PNR (serious) attached to quote.

Yep bought mine at the same time as a flight.
 
Sound like the same issue as getting QFF points credited from JQ. Lodge a request...wait 8 weeks for a reply....

Don't worry it's currently not a very useful airline...

As much as I don't like them, I find JQ are the most "useful" airline for escape. DPS and SIN have Daily flights with JQ from here, and MI/VA only have 4 a week to SIN.
 
My 14 days is up today, and have contacted JQ via Twitter. They asked me to DM them. The response from Anita was
Hi , you're definitely queued to get the voucher already, the system just hasn't created it yet. I expect you'll receive it within the week. Thanks for your patience - Anita

I advised her that if it doesn't turn up tomorrow, I will consider this a breach a contract and seek escalation with ACCC. I know this statement is extreme, but noting the experience of other AFFers, it would appear they are misbehaving as a general rule with the vouchers. Is there a better place to complain?
