Yeah they were flights, And I have no status.
I also just asked there twitter and they said they will follow it up for me.
I just wasn't sure because I have claimed points since the Sabre changeover and they only took about a week
Hi, I thought I would post this in here instead of starting a new thread.
I am now trying to add points to my sisters account for her flight yesterday, I am getting the error again and don't have a reservation email or number as it was a group booking for her basketball team, all we have is the flight numbers and dates.
Any advice on how i can get these points? sorry if this is a noob question as i am only new to the FF scene.

Can you let us know if you get an auto reply to the retro email please? I've sent two and no auto replies. I've no idea if they're in the system, lost, ignored, declined, out to lunch, or test flying Virgin galactic........

I have been through the same process. The retro claim did not work so sent the email. Got the auto-respond but no points credited within three weeks so sent an complaint email and had a response within 24 hours and points were credited within three dates of complaint being sent. I have other claims I need to put through now that have not credited in three weeks.
