Maybe not the news that will set the world alight... but we have made additional changes on the Velocity website to address some of the usability issues:
On the Velocity Home Page, we've added a My Bookings (lefthand side of the page)
Also, we've changed the wording on the Search Panel (both Velocity and VA Websites) from Use Points + Pay to Use Points/Points + Pay
On the Velocity Home Page, we've added a My Bookings (lefthand side of the page)
- Previously, members needed to access My Bookings after logging into their Velocity Account, requiring members to have to login a second time
- Members can now click on the My Bookings tile and are redirected to Manage Bookings on the Virgin Australia website, requiring members to only have to login once.
Also, we've changed the wording on the Search Panel (both Velocity and VA Websites) from Use Points + Pay to Use Points/Points + Pay
- Feedback from customers showed that there was confusion with the wording Use Points + Pay when wanting to redeem with 100% Points
